重载铁路货车无线网络控制系统研究

长大编组列车运行过程中进行制动和缓解时,采用传统空气管充排风方式传递指令无法满足列车同步操纵要求,会造成较大的列车纵向冲击.为此,文章提出了一种无线网络控制系统,在保证长大编组列车指令同步传输要求下,满足列车灵活编组和解编需求.系统由机车车载设备、车辆车载设备和地面服务器等组成,车载设备通过LoRa和RFID实现编组、指令下发和状态监视,机车通过4G与地面服务器实现数据双向交互.在150辆制动试验台上对无线网络控制系统测试,试验结果表明,全列车制动缓解同步特性明显提高.
Study on Wireless Network Control System for Heavy Haul Railway Wagon
During braking and release of a heavy-duty train in operation,the conventional way of command transmission by charging and discharging of air pipeline can't meet the requirement of synchronous control of the train and may cause greater longitudinal impact on the train.Therefore,the article proposes a wireless network control system to ensure the synchronous command transmission of the heavy-duty train so as to satisfy the demand for flexible composition and decomposition of the train.This system is composed of the locomotive-borne device,the car-borne devices and the ground server.The car-borne devices realize the composition of train,the sending of commands and the monitoring of status via LoRa and RFID,and the locomotive realize the bidirectional interaction of data through 4G and the ground server.The wireless network control system has been tested on a 150-car braking test bench and the test result demonstrates that the synchronism of braking and release of the whole train has been obviously improved.
