从某项目铝合金地铁车体的结构特点出发,分析了设计发生变化后的铝合金车体在试制过程中,按照标准传统A型车体焊接导致的车体总成焊接后出现车体尺寸局部超差的工艺难题,通过优化车体总成焊接顺序、规范焊接参数、增加工艺反变形等方面的工艺措施,有效地解决了车体总成焊后车体尺寸超差的问题,车体下部宽度焊后由最大-7 mm降到最大-5 mm,车体上部宽度由+2~+5 mm降低至-1~+2 mm,车体外侧轮廓度由焊后最大15 mm降低至最大9 mm,保证了车体焊后的尺寸要求,有效降低了后工序车体调修的难度,为后续类似结构的车体总成提供了参考.
Aluminum Alloy Carbody Assembly Welding Process and Carbody Dimension Control Measures
According to the structural characteristics of the aluminum alloy metro carbody of a project,the article analyzes the process difficulty that the carbody dimensions partially exceed the tolerances after carbody assembly welding caused by the conventional A-type carbody welding according to the standard during the trial production of aluminum alloy carbody after change of design.By optimizing the sequence of carbody assembly welding,normalizing the welding parameters,increasing the process reverse deformation and other process measures,the problem of carbody dimensions out of tolerance after carbody assembly welding has been effectively solved,the maximum width of the lower part of the welded carbody is reduced from-7 mm to-5 mm,the width of the upper part of carbody is reduced from+2~+5 mm to-1~+2 mm and the maximum outer contour of the welded carbody is reduced from 15 mm to a 9 mm,which satisfies the dimensional requirement of welded carbody and effectively reduces the difficulty of carbody recondition in subsequent step,providing a reference for subsequent carbody assembly of similar structure.
