Study on Manufacturing Technology of Liquid Crystal Module Based on an LCD Product for Rail Train and its Improvement
In recent years,with continuous diversification of rail train types and increasing demand for personalized display,the LCD products for train,especially the liquid crystal module(LCM),have exposed the application characteristics of multiple varieties and small lots.With numerous brands and models,the LCMs are of varying quality,which has inevitably exposed various display faults in application.The article introduces various display faults frequently occurring after the LCMs are mounted on cars and takes a certain LCD product for example to make classification and statistics of its display faults.On the basis of design analysis,the article studies in depth the production process and the manufacturing technology of LCM,diagnoses three types of quality defects of LCM often occurring in production,and combining with the application characteristics of LCD products for train,summarizes the correspondence between the quality defects and the display faults during application on car.To avoid the hidden risk of display faults of LCM,the manufacturing technology and the quality control process have been optimized and the application on car has been verified,effectively guaranteeing the display stability of the LCD product.
