Cause Analysis of Unintended Release of a Car Caused by Slide Valve Leakage of Valve 120
The article introduces the phenomenon of unintended release occurring on a car in the condition of pressure maintenance with small pressure reduction for service braking.During the single-car test on the wagon,the valve 120 is replaced and it's confirmed that the valve 120 is faulty.The valve 120 receives the bench test,the disassembly inspection and the slide valve airtightness test and it's judged that the unintended release of the car is caused by the process plug leakage of slide valve of the valve 120.The structure of the process plug of slide valve,the principle of the slide valve in different working positions in the valve 120,the pressure test on the pipes and air reservoirs during the test on the valve 120 are analyzed and verified to conclude that the process plug leakage of slide valve is the main cause of this unintended release of the car.Combining with the statistical data of process plug leakage of slide valve of the valve 120,the tin soldering appearance of the process plug and the situation of freezing test on the process plug of slide valve,some improvement suggestions are given in terms of the welding process,the welding quality,the structure and the post-welding test and inspection of the process plug of slide valve of the valve 120.
