摘要

基于某型动车组报制动控制器通信故障,通过对故障车调查以及地面调查分析,初步发现由电容失效引起主控板芯片异常工作,从而导致制动控制器通信故障.文章通过对制动控制器通信故障进行分析,提出了有效的解决措施,为后续动车组类似故障快速准确找出问题所在以及快速有效地制定问题解决方案提供了参考价值.

Abstract

Based on the communication fault of brake controller reported by a model of EMU and through the investigation of the faulty car and the ground investigation and analysis,it's preliminarily founded out that the capacitor failure caused the abnormal working of the chip of the main control board,leading to the communication fault of the brake controller.The article analyzes the communication fault of the brake controller and proposes an effective solution,providing a reference for quickly and accurately finding out the causes of similar faults of EMUs and quickly and effectively formulating solutions of the problems in the future.
