基于运营需求的城轨变流系统状态监测及预警技术研究

截止2023年,城轨车辆突破8 000余列,牵引系统装车总量数万台.伴随着车辆服役时间逐年增长,电气设备老化、失效概率激增,巨大的牵引系统设备规模给现场运维人员带来了众多的困难和挑战.文章深入调研、挖掘车辆运维人员工作难点、痛点,并以此为方向开展变流系统状态监测与预警技术研究.形成了云-边协同牵引PHM系统架构设计,基于车载边缘终端及地面智能运维平台开展牵引系统"车辆级+列车级+线路级"三级数据分析,完成牵引系统状态监测及预警模型开发20余项,涉及制动电阻箱、支撑电容、三相滤波电容、高压开关器件、牵引电机、滤波电抗器、传感器、蓄电池等主要关键部件,从异常感知与故障预测、计划修模式优化、关键器件寿命评估、高效应急维护四个方面提供用户服务.
Study on Status Monitoring and Early Warning Technology for Urban Rail Conversion System Based on Operational Demand
As of 2023,there're over 8,000 urban rail vehicles and tens of thousands of traction systems mounted on vehicles.With the increasing service duration of vehicles,the ageing and failure probability of the electric equipment is surging,and the huge scale of equipment for traction system has brought numerous difficulties and challenges to the on-site operation and maintenance personnel.This article investigates and explores in depth the difficulties and pains of the vehicle operation and maintenance personnel and studies the status monitoring and early warning technology for the conversion system in this direction.A cloud-edge collaborative traction PHM system architecture design has been formed,a three-level data analysis with"vehicle level+train level+line level"of traction system has been carried out based on the vehicle-borne edge terminal and the ground intelligent operation and maintenance platform,more than 20 development projects of status monitoring and early warning model for traction system have been completed,involving key components such as brake resistance box,support capacitor,three-phase filtering capacitor,high-voltage switch device,traction motor,filtering reactor,sensor,battery,etc.,providing users with services from four aspects:abnormal perception and fault prediction,planned repair mode optimization,key device life evaluation and efficient emergency maintenance.
