冶金企业铁道车辆检维修模式浅谈

在以作业长制为核心构建的"五制配套"管理体系中,设备系统管理的重点是"点检定修制",这一模式强调"多级点检与状态检修并重",旨在通过精细化管理以及时监测,来优化设备维护策略和提升运行效率与安全性.对于冶金企业而言,其自有的作为内部运输设备的铁道车辆,负责原料接收、成品及半成品地转运,其运行状态直接关乎整个物流的运转效率与成本效益.当前多数冶金企业仍沿用"日常检查辅以定期检修"的传统维护方式,面对国家"公转铁"政策带来的运输需求增加,这种模式的局限性越发明显,如响应速度慢、维护成本高、资源浪费等.基于此,文章以河钢集团唐钢公司为例,分析了自有铁道车辆现行的检维修制度,指出了存在的问题,探讨了引入状态检修模式的必要性与可行性.
Discussion on the Maintenance Mode of Railway Rolling Stock in Metallurgical Enterprises
In the"five-system supporting"management system centered on operation head,the key point of the equipment system management is the"point inspection and periodical repair system".This mode makes emphasis on"paying equal attention to multilevel point inspection and condition-based maintenance",aims to optimize the equipment maintenance strategy and improve the operation efficiency and safety through fine management and timely monitoring.For metallurgical enterprises,their own railway rolling stock as internal transport equipment is in charge of reception of raw materials,transit of finished and semi-finished products,so their operational condition is directly related to the operation efficiency and the cost efficiency of the whole logistics.Currently,most of metallurgical enterprises still use the conventional maintenance mode of"daily inspection assisted by periodical maintenance"which presents increasing limitations in the face of the increasing transport demand thanks to the State's policy of"shifting transport from road to railway",for example,low speed of response,high cost of maintenance,waste of resources,etc.Based on this situation,the article takes HBIS Tangsteel Co.,Ltd.for example,analyzes the current maintenance system for its own railway rolling stock,points out the existing problems and discusses about the necessity and the feasibility of introducing the condition-based maintenance mode.
