Research on the Path and Practice of Construction Enterprises to Promote Digital Transformation
Research purposes:The global digital economy has entered a period of rapid development,due to the weak foundation of digital transformation in the construction industry and the late start of the transformation work,construction enterprises lack a unified top-level design,technical path,implementation path and effective application scenarios in the process of digital transformation,and are unable to adapt to the development requirements of digital transformation and upgrading.In order to improve the level of digital transformation of construction enterprises,this paper combines the digital transformation practice of a construction central enterprise,and conducts research on the path and practice of promoting digital transformation of construction enterprises.Research conclusions:(1)The current situation of low digital application life,low application degree and incomplete application in the construction industry is analyzed,and the reasons are analyzed as the difficulty of BIM forward design promotion,the lack of professional digital talents,the existence of data silos in the life cycle of engineering projects,and the difficulty of information infrastructure to meet the requirements of digital transformation.(2)The technical path and implementation path of digital transformation of construction enterprises are proposed.(3)The application scenarios of digital transformation such as applying BIM technology to create data assets in the construction industry,informatisation technology to open up data silos,digital technology to empower intelligent construction,and new-generation information technology to help intelligent operation are proposed.(4)The research in this paper can provide reference for the digital transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises.
