Research on the Influence Parameters of Steel-mixed Beam Structure Noise
Research purposes:In order to analyze the structural noise caused by vibration when a train passes through a steel-mixed composite beam bridge with high speed,the finite element model of 32 m steel-mixed composite beam bridge,the train model of 31 degrees of freedom and the track model are established by combining the boundary element method and statistical energy method,and the fastener force of the train passing the bridge under the incentive of uneven track is analyzed.By taking the fastener force as the acoustic boundary condition,the sound pressure level of each field point and the contribution of each bridge plate to the peak sound pressure level are calculated.Research conclusions:(1)When a high-speed train passes through a steel-hybrid girder bridge,the peak sound pressure level of the noise is 76.5 dB(A).(2)When the train passes through the single-box single-chamber and unidirectional double-chamber steel-mixed beams at the same speed,the peak sound pressure level of the bridge structure noise is basically the same,but the contribution of each plate of the bridge to the peak sound pressure level is different.(3)When the train passes through the single-box single-chamber steel-hybrid girder bridge,the contribution of each plate to the peak sound pressure level is:the web>the flange plate>the base plate>the top plate>the horizontal partition.(4)When the train passes through the single-box double chamber steel-hybrid girder bridge,the contribution of each plate to the peak sound pressure level is:the flange plate>the top plate>the web plate>the base plate>the horizontal partition.(5)The research results can provide theoretical reference for exploring the mechanism of structural noise generation and vibration and noise reduction measures of steel-mixed composite beam bridge.
