Research on the Key Parameters of the Urban Railway Assembly Ballastless Track Structure
Research purposes:In order to solve the problems of long construction period and large quality fluctuation of cast-in-place sleeper type ballastless track structure for urban railways,combined with the application experience of various prefabricated slab ballastless tracks,a new type of prefabricated ballastless track structure design scheme suitable for urban railways is proposed.A static and dynamic analysis model that can consider the complex interaction relationship of various components of ballastless track is established,and the influence of parameters such as the thickness of track slab,the type and size of the limit convex,and the stiffness of the limit convex elastic pad,is studied on the stress performance of the track structure,as well as the dynamic characteristics of the track structure at a driving speed of 160 km/h.Research conclusions:(1)Considering the structural stress and construction cost control,it is recommended that the thickness of the track plate should be 180~220 mm:.The limit structure adopts the"rectangular+circular chamfering"convex scheme,the length is 400~600 mm,the width is 400~600 mm:.The stiffness of the convex elastic plate is 8.4~9.6 kN/mm.(2)The dynamic characteristics of the vehicle and track structure are good when the train is running at 160 km/h,and the mechanical indexes meet the requirements of the specification.(3)The research results can provide a reference for optimizing the structure type of prefabricated ballastless track in urban areas and improving the quality of the line.
