Research on Green Construction Policies in Railways Based on the PMC Index Model
Research purposes:The green construction policy of railways is the direction and implementation guarantee for the sustainable development of railways and the creation of ecological railways.The quantitative research on railway green construction policies can provide important data decision-making basis for policy formulation,revision,improvement,and optimization.This article used the ROSTCM6.0 text mining tool and PMC index model to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the effectiveness and advantages and disadvantages of China's current railway green construction related policies,providing decision-making support for the high-quality and sustainable development of railway green construction policies.Research conclusions:(1)Seven railway green construction policies were selected as research samples to verify the practicality and reliability of the PMC index model in evaluating railway green construction policies.The results show a high degree of conformity with the actual situation,indicating that the model can provide reference value for the evaluation of railway green construction policies.(2)The PMC index level of various policies can effectively judge the quality of the policy,clarify the current situation and optimization direction of the policy.(3)The results of this study can provide reference value for various ministries and companies to formulate and optimize railway green construction policies.
