Research on the Construction Plan of the New Baoxi to Wari Railway Connection Line Project
Research purposes:As the backbone of China's"coal transportation from west to east,from north to south"railway channel system,Baoxi to Wari Railway is important infrastructure to ensure the safety of China's coal transport.However,with the continuous development of coal in the"Three West"area,there are problems in the surrounding coal transport channels,such as the tight transport capacity of the Yulin to Suide section of Baoxi Railway,the stagnant of the rear path of Taizhongyin Railway,and the excess capacity of Wari Railway.The construction of the connection line between Baoxi Railway and Wari Railway is conducive to strengthening the interaction and cooperation of the coal transport trunk channel,increasing the transportation flexibility of the road network,and improving the overall efficiency of the road network.It is of great significance to ensure the demand for coal export in the"Three West"area.The determination of railway project construction scheme is coupled with function positioning,route direction,transportation task undertaking and main technical standards,so it needs to carry out overall research.Research conclusions:(1)On the basis of studying the division of labor and transportation volume prediction of the annual railway network,it is analyzed that the existing railways cannot meet the demand for regional coal transportation in the research year.Based on the current situation of the railway network,two major construction plans are proposed:the utilization of existing railway capacity expansion plans considering the integration of railway network resources,and the construction of new railway channels with relatively good coordination in operation and management.(2)Combined with transportation needs,existing line standards and line passing capacity,sub-plans of the two major construction plans were proposed,focusing on engineering investment,transportation organization,operation management,etc.In terms of analysis,each plan was analyzed.After comprehensive analysis,it is recommended to save investment,fully utilize existing road network resources,and maximize the overall efficiency of the railway network by constructing a second line along the existing Hongning Railway in the near future and changing Shenwa single track railway under construction to a double track railway.(3)The research ideas and methods can provide reference for the construction of the channel connection line.
