Analysis of Application Scope of High-speed Maglev Track Functional Parts
Research purposes:In order to find out the law of track shape and position deviation caused by the fitting curve line of high-speed maglev track functional parts,guide the design and selection of high-speed maglev track functional parts,improve the fitting effect of maglev line,and meet the requirements of high smoothness of high-speed maglev line,the geometric model of the fitting curve line of the functional part is established,and the theoretical deviation variation law of the position and deflection value of the functional surface of the functional part under different curve radius conditions is explored,and the applicable scope of the functional part is proposed.Research conclusions:(1)The fitting effect of the functional part in the curve segment is related to the length of the functional part,the arrangement of the stator,the radius of curvature of the guide surface,and the curve line parameters.The shorter the length of the functional parts and the larger the radius of the curve,the better the fitting effect.The fitting effect of the stator radial(bending)arrangement curve is better than that of the stator straight line arrangement.The fitting effect of the small radius plane curve with the curvature radius guide surface is obvious.(2)The fitting vertical curve radius of 2.064 m,3.096 m,6.192 m long stator straight line(bending)arrangement function parts should be greater than 1 900 m(950 m),2 800 m(950 m),5 700 m(1 950 m)respectively.The fitting effect of linear,R=790 m and R=1550 m guide surface function parts is the best on the line with plane curve radius of∞,790 m and 1 550 m respectively.(3)The research results have applicability in the design or selection of functional parts,construction error control,and optimization of the effect of functional parts fitting maglev lines.
