孟加拉38m简支梁桥墩纵向水平刚度限值研究

研究目的:孟加拉帕德玛大桥铁路连接线为"一带一路"重点工程项目之一,在高架桥上铺设跨区间无砟轨道无缝线路,且高架桥主要采用38m混凝土简支箱梁.为指导孟加拉38m混凝土简支箱梁桥上无缝线路及桥墩设计,建立轨道-桥梁-墩台一体化仿真分析模型,研究桥墩纵向水平刚度对无缝线路力学性能的影响规律,基于钢轨强度、梁轨相对位移和钢轨断缝限值,提出满足38m混凝土简支箱梁桥上无缝线路铺设的桥墩纵向水平刚度限值.研究结论:(1)钢轨伸缩力和挠曲力随桥墩纵向水平刚度的增大而增大,钢轨制动力、梁轨相对位移和钢轨断缝值均随桥墩纵向水平刚度的增大而减小;(2)采用UIC规范参数时,桥墩纵向水平刚度限值受梁轨相对位移控制;(3)采用中国规范参数时,桥墩纵向水平刚度限值受钢轨强度、梁轨相对位移、钢轨温度变化幅度和机车牵引类型共同控制;(4)采用UIC规范时的桥墩纵向水平刚度限值小于中国规范的规定值,综合考虑钢轨强度、梁轨相对位移、机车牵引类型的影响,钢轨温度变化幅度分别为50℃、40℃和30℃,采用UIC规范时,建议38m混凝土简支箱梁的桥墩纵向水平刚度限值取200 kN/cm;采用中国规范时,建议38m混凝土简支箱梁的桥墩纵向水平刚度限值取550、250和250 kN/cm;(5)本研究成果可为相关客货共线铁路混凝土简支箱梁桥上无缝线路及桥墩设计提供参考和借鉴.
Research on the Longitudinal Horizontal Stiffness Limit Value of Pier on 38 m Simply Supported Girder in Bangladesh
Research purposes:The Padma Bridge Railway Link in Bangladesh is one of key projects of"the Belt and Road"program,in which the ballastless track continuous welded rail(CWR)is laid on the viaduct,and the viaduct mainly adopts a 38 m span concrete simply supported box girder.In order to guide the CWR on 38 m concrete simply supported box girder and bridge pier design of Padma Bridge Railway Link in Bangladesh,an integrated analysis simulation model of track-bridge-pier was established,the influence law of longitudinal horizontal stiffness of pier on the mechanical properties of CWR was investigated and the limit value of longitudinal horizontal stiffness of pier for laying CWR on the 38 m concrete simply supported box girder was proposed based on the limit value of the rail strength,the relative bridge-rail displacement,and the rail broken value.Research conclusions:(1)The rail expansion force and bending force increase with the increase of the longitudinal horizontal stiffness of the pier,and the rail braking force,the relative bridge-rail displacement,and the rail broken value decrease with the increase of the longitudinal horizontal stiffness of the pier.(2)When the UIC specification parameters are used,the longitudinal horizontal stiffness of the pier is controlled by the relative bridge-rail displacement.(3)When the Chinese specification parameters are used,the longitudinal horizontal stiffness of the pier is controlled by the rail strength,the relative bridge-rail displacement,the amplitude of rail temperature variation,and the type of locomotive traction.(4)The longitudinal horizontal stiffness of pier limit values using the UIC code is less than that using the Chinese code.Considering the effects of rail strength,the relative bridge-rail displacement,and type of locomotive traction,it is recommended that the longitudinal horizontal stiffness of pier limit value of 38 m concrete simply supported box girder is 200 kN/cm for the use of UIC code,and it is recommended that the longitudinal horizontal stiffness of pier limit values of 38 m concrete simply supported box girder are 550,250,and 250 kN/cm for the use of Chinese Code when the rail temperature varies at 50℃,40℃,and 30℃.(5)The research results could provide a reference for the design of CWR and pier on concrete simply supported box girder for the passenger and freight railway.
