A Study on Mobile Scanning Detection Method of Lining Defects in Shield Tunnels
Research purposes:The condition of lining defects is an important reference for assessing the health status of shield tunnels. The traditional manual inspection method is greatly affected by the environment and human factors, low detection efficiency and prone to leakage.Vehicle-borne mobile scanning technology has been applied in the detection of structural defects such as tunnel convergence and misalignment, and this paper gives full play to the characteristics of its"multi-faceted application",and investigates the use of the three-dimensional laser point cloud obtained by this technology to accurately and quickly detect defective tunnel lining damage, which can be used to assist the operation and maintenance departments to grasp the relevant information in time to carry out the repair work.Research conclusions:(1)Adopting the cylindrical model to establish the projection relationship for the laser point cloud of shield tunnels can realize the cross-modal conversion from 3D point cloud to 2D image, which can effectively improve the efficiency of data processing.(2)Fusing the positional and depth information from the point cloud to create a depth image highlights the visual contrast of the lining defects, allowing for quick identification of lining defects.(3)As verified by engineering examples, the detection accuracy of this research result is higher than that of the traditional manual inspection method, and it can be applied in the field of apparent disease detection of shield tunnel.
