Research and Algorithm Implementation of Array Monitoring Sensors
Research purposes:At present,the measuring sensors used in the automatic monitoring of deep horizontal displacement of foundation pit and the automatic monitoring of internal deformation of roadbed tunnels and other structures generally use wheel shaft measuring equipment,which has some problems such as poor compression resistance and insufficient detailed monitoring density.The purpose of this paper is to develop an array sensor with high strength and high stability,and to study the multi-axis real-time correction algorithm for the rotation error in the process of equipment monitoring,to realize real-time,automatic and high-precision monitoring.Research conclusions:(1)This paper develops a MEMS three-dimensional deformation monitoring instrument by highly integrating acceleration sensing chips,magnetic sensing chips,and temperature sensing chips through software and hardware structure design.(2)This paper calculates the output data of each chip and develops a displacement calculation method for each segment.(3)This paper develops a combined rotation angle calculation method using three-axis accelerometers and three-axis magnetometers.The test has proven that under the condition of a single segment of 0.5 m,the absolute accuracy of the single segment is better than 0.1 mm,the system stability is better than 0.2 mm,the absolute accuracy of the heading angle is better than 0.5 degrees,and the heading angle stability is better than 0.1 degrees.(4)The research in this paper can provide a new type of equipment and automatic monitoring method for the field of automatic monitoring.
