Research on Parametric Modeling of Railway Tunnel Based on Geometric Semantics
Research purposes:To improve the efficiency of railway tunnel modeling and the universality of railway tunnel parametric model, and to address the limitations of geometric constraint representations built into commercial BIM software on secondary development of tunnel parametric modeling, this paper studies the parametric modeling of railway tunnels based on independent geometric semantics, constructs a process for optimized parameter modeling of railway tunnels, develops corresponding parameterization algorithms, and implements them using an open-source geometric modeling library.Research conclusions:(1)A parametric modeling process for railway tunnels and a method for generating railway tunnel solid models were proposed.(2)Based on geometric semantics, the cross-section of railway tunnels was decomposed and the parameters required to describe the cross-section were determined.(3)The parameter relations of three contour segments of cross section were determined, and a parameterization algorithm of railway tunnel was developed.(4)Based on the Open Cascade open-source geometric modeling library, the advantages of the proposed railway tunnel parameterization algorithm were verified.(5)The railway tunnel parameterization algorithm is not limited by the built-in geometric constraint representation of modeling software, and can directly draw tunnel cross-section profile and generate a three-dimensional solid model, which can meet the needs of railway tunnel solid modeling, and improve the efficiency and universality of railway tunnel parametric modeling.
