摘要

新乡地区多条既有铁路专用线存在废弃、闲置、使用效率低的情况,为使其得到运用优化,通过对新乡市域范围内的铁路车站及专用线货运基础设施、运营现状进行调研,对专用线的运用情况进行分类整理,梳理出专用线现状情况:地区内粮专线接轨比例高,但使用频率低;废弃、闲置专用线占比高;有条件的专用线拓展多元经营.依据调研情况,统筹考虑地区内货运量及运输现状,提出专用线的运用优化建议:规划建设地区内现代化粮食铁路物流园站;打造城区废旧铁路沿线铁路景观长廊;新企业入驻,废弃厂区借壳重生;加快在建及拟建专用线项目进度.研究可为类似地区构建绿色交通体系提供参考.

Abstract

In order to optimize the operation of multiple existing dedicated railway lines in Xinxiang that are abandoned,idle,and inefficient,this paper categorized the operation of dedicated railway lines by investigating the railway station and the freight infrastructure and operation status of dedicated railway lines within Xinxiang City,thus sorting out the status quo of dedicated railway lines,namely:the conflict between high proportion of dedicated railway lines for grain transportation in the region and low use frequency;high proportion of abandoned and idle dedicated lines;diversified operations through qualified special lines.Based on the relevant survey,taking into overall account the regional freight volume and transportation status,this paper proposed suggestions for the operation optimization of dedicated lines:to build a modern railway logistics park station for grain transportation in the region;to create a railway landscape corridor along abandoned railways in urban areas;to introduce the entry of new enterprises and the rebirth of abandoned factory areas;to accelerate the progress of ongoing and planned dedicated line projects.This study can provide reference for building a green transportation system in similar regions.
