Design of the Human Machine Safety and Collision Avoidance Intelligent Warning System for Railway Freight Loading and Unloading Machinery
Based on the analysis of the factors for human-machine collision accidents in the railway freight loading and unloading operation such as blind spots,obstructed or poor visibility,overspeed,and human unsafety et al.,the technical solution to the human-machine safety and collision avoidance intelligent warning system for railway freight loading and unloading machinery was constructed by using machine vision,convolutional neural networks,data transmission,satellite positioning and other technologies.The day and night full-color network-based high-definition industrial cameras were selected,with the image processor developed,and the human-machine safety and collision avoidance intelligent warning system for railway freight loading and unloading machinery designed.Besides,automatic real-time recognition,positioning,and alarm of pedestrians were realized.All this is designed to prevent collisions between loading and unloading machinery and personnel and effectively avoid personal injury accidents,and provide data support for the statistics and query of human-machine conflict information by transmitting it to remote monitoring centers for storage.
