The freight operation at the Guiyang railway junction terminal mainly focuses on unloading.The number and category of unloading vehicles at each station are scattered,and the arrival time is uneven.The loading and unloading routes and equipment at the stations are complex and diverse.When the operation vehicles arrive in a centralized way,it is difficult to transport,resulting in a backlog of unloading,blockage of operating stations,unreasonable use of hub locomotives,and insufficient release of unloading capacity of each station.This paper analyzed the loading and unloading equipment,loading and unloading capacity,the arrival of operation vehicles,and the operation of the hub locomotives at each station of the Guiyang railway junction terminal.After the analysis,the paper took measures such as optimizing the marshalling of operation vehicles at Guiyangnan Station,orderly and balanced transporting operation vehicles,strengthening the organization of shunting unloading,and standardizing the operation of the railway junction terminal dispatching locomotives.These measures can transport operation vehicles reasonably and effectively,maximize the unloading capacity of the railway junction terminal,and achieve incremental quality improvement of the Guiyang railway junction terminal unloading.They are of great practical significance to realize the incremental income of freight transportation of the whole railway.
