As an important international transportation channel between China and ASEAN,Nanning-Pingxiang High Speed Railway provides fast links among ASEAN FTA,Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,Pearl River Delta Economic Zone and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,enabling close economic and trade exchanges along the route.The development of"HSR + Express","HSR + Fresh"and other new modes of express transportation relying on Nanning-Pingxiang High Speed Railway helps to support the double-circulation economic pattern and development of modern circulation system in Guangxi,and make more efficient comprehensive use of Guangxi's high speed railroad network.In this context,this paper predicted the logistics market demand for express transportation relying on Nanning-Pingxiang High Speed Railway,and put forward its strategic orientation.Constructing its product spectrum,this paper also designed the network layout scheme of its logistics bases,and proposed its initial,short-term,and long-term organizational models.All this provides a theoretical guide and decision-making reference for the future development of express transportation business of Nanning-Pingxiang High Speed Railway.
