In order to develop modern grain logistics,the"Development Plan for Modern Grain Logistics"proposes to promote the transformation of grain transportation from packaged grain transportation to the mode featuring bulk storage,bulk transportation,bulk packing and bulk unloading("Four Bulks Mode").China Railway Group has developed open-top anti-moisture special boxes and grain special box transportation products to reduce transportation costs and increase the bulk transportation volume of grain,in order to serve the"Four Bulks Mode"of grain transportation.However,in the process of grain bulk loading,open-top containers have complex operations such as tarpaulin covering and tarpaulin rope tying,as well as problems such as poor quality of tarpaulin causing wet damage to goods and high investment costs.Approaching from the current development of modern grain logistics in China,and analyzing the problems existing in railway grain bulk transportation,this paper proposed solutions such as the use of built-in container bags,providing a reference for the further development of railway grain bulk transportation.
