Overall Design and Application of Comprehensive Railway Dispatching and Command System of Jinwen Railway Company
Based on the unified operation and management of the Jinwen Freight Line,Jintai Line,and Yueqing Bay Line by Jinwen Railway Company,this paper studied the design of the comprehensive railway dispatching and command system.According to the company's goal of building a"provincial first-class dispatching and command platform",the paper proposed a strategic plan for building a digital Jinwen.Based on analyzing comprehensive dispatching management requirements of the Jinwen Freight Line,Jintai Line,and Yueqing Bay Line,a dispatching function management scheme was designed by combining the organizational structure and system functions of existing dispatching and command centers.The scheme mainly included plan management,construction management,locomotive dispatching,freight management,and statistical analysis.Finally,a comprehensive dispatching management system was built to enhance transportation efficiency and meet the company's autonomous and flexible dispatching,and efficient production needs.
