摘要

铁路运输调度担负着保障运输安全、组织客货运输、保证国家重点运输、提高客货服务质量的重要责任,调度系统是实施日常运输生产指挥和组织的重要工具和抓手.通过分析浩吉铁路调度系统的业务场景、创新思路、实现功能等,并结合现场实际应用情况提出了基础数据共享不足、功能应用还需完善、智能化水平还需提升等问题,并从打通相关信息系统的数据接口,完善计划自动生成、优化调整、动态监测、统计评价等功能,提升智能辅助决策水平等方面提出了系统优化建议,为持续提升系统功效,深化数业融合、数智赋能提供支撑.

Abstract

As railway transportation dispatching plays a significant role in protecting the safety of transportation,organizing passenger and freight transportation,ensuring national priority transportation,and improving the quality of passenger and freight services,the dispatching system serves as an important tool for commanding and organizing daily transportation.By analyzing the business scenarios,innovative approach,and functions of the dispatching System for Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway,combining the actual application on the spot,this paper identified the problems such as insufficient sharing of basic data,incomplete functional applications,and the need to improve intelligence levels.It proposed the system optimization suggestions on connecting data interfaces of relevant information systems,improving functions such as automatic planning generation,optimization adjustment,dynamic monitoring,and statistical evaluation,and enhancing intelligence-supported decision-making,which underpin the efforts to continuously improve system efficiency,and deepen the integration of digital technology and the industry,and digital intelligence empowerment.
