Countermeasures of Loading and Freight Increment at Dredging Ports of China Railway Taiyuan Group
As the port is the main logistics node of bulk cargo distribution,and the source of goods suitable for rail transport is plenty,there is great potential for shifting freight traffic from road to railway.According to the Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Modern Railway Logistics System published by the China State Railway Group,the proportion of major ports and railways collecting and dredging ports will increase from 4%to more than 6%by 2025.By sorting out the loading situation at the dredging ports of Jingtanggang Station,Donggang Station,and Caofeidianxi Station of China Railway Taiyuan Group,this paper analyzed problems in the organization of loading operations at the dredging ports,such as the shortage of the capacity of outward transportation channels,the low percentage of loading,the shortage of loading capacity at loading stations,and the shortage of the operation of locomotive trains.It put forward corresponding reinforcement measures to increase the loading and freight volume.The measures include improving the capacity of outward transportation channels,increasing the proportion of railway loading at dredging ports,improving the loading efficiency of Jingtanggang Station,strengthening the utilization of locomotive and crew shift,and enhancing the capacity of key nodes and sections.
