摘要

南京都市圈正在建设更宽领域、更大范围、更深层次全面开放的高水平经济体制,为铁路集装箱运输全面融入多式联运体系,提供了难得的机遇.龙潭港区作为南京港重要的大型综合性深水港区、集装箱运输港区和重要的铁路集装箱集散中心,是南京建设长江航运物流中心的重要依托,发展前景与战略地位尤为突出.为探索龙潭港铁路专用线集装箱铁水联运"车船直取"模式可行性,通过对龙潭港集装箱铁水联运的现行作业流程进行深入分析研究,探索优化高效率的铁水联运作业模式,对加速集装箱铁水联运运转、提高作业效率具有重要的现实意义.

Abstract

The Nanjing metropolitan area is building a high-level economic system with a wider scope,and deeper level of comprehensive opening up,providing a rare historical opportunity for railway container transportation to fully integrate into the multimodal transport system.As an important large-scale comprehensive deep-water port area,container transportation port area,and railway container distribution center of Nanjing Port,Longtan Port Area is an important support for Nanjing to build a Yangtze River shipping logistics center,with particularly prominent development prospects and strategic position.This paper analyzed in depth the current operational process of container rail water intermodal transportation at Longtan Port to explore the feasibility of the"vehicle ship direct pickup"model for container rail water intermodal transportation on the railway dedicated line of Longtan Port.In addition,an optimized and efficient rail-water intermodal transportation operation mode was explored.This study has important practical significance for accelerating the operation of containers in rail-water intermodal transportation and improving operational efficiency.
