The transformation of traditional logistics enterprises to modern logistics enterprises is to transform a single transportation function into a comprehensive service place that integrates multiple functions such as transportation,warehousing,loading and unloading,packaging,circulation and reprocessing,distribution,and information processing.The layout of various functional areas in the construction of modern logistics centers will directly affect the construction planning of logistics bases.This paper analyzed the freight yard of Qinglongshan Railway Logistics Base,the structure of surrounding enterprises,and the transportation situation.The paper adopted the SLP method to analyze the relationship between functional areas and the transportation volume between existing functions and quantify the degree of closeness between each functional area.In addition,it drew a functional area relationship map to obtain the plan for the railway logistics base location.Based on the evaluation of the plan and the actual situation of on-site investigation,the final design of Qinglongshan Railway Logistics Base was obtained.
