Loading Reinforcement Strategies for Typical Commodity Categories in Railway Container
The safety of railway container transportation underpins high-quality development of railway freight transportation.In recent years,the return trains of China Railway Express have been affected by factors such as unclear overseas packing requirements and lax loading reinforcement audits,resulting in more accidents than those of the outbound trains.In response to the lack of detailed standards on loading reinforcement operation for commodities inside containers,this paper elaborated on the basic requirements for loading reinforcement of commodities inside containers.It analyzed and summarized the main reasons for safety problems in the packing of typical commodity categories on the return trains of China Railway Express,such as board,bulk grain,barrel liquid,roll paper,and metal materials and products,etc.And it proposed the key dos and don'ts in packing different types of commodities,mainly on the loading form,stacking,baffle adding,etc.,and displayed the photos of unreasonable packing to provide reference for on-site commodity packing.
