With the steady growth of China's economy and the transformation and upgrading of residents'consumption structure,cold chain logistics has increasingly become an important way to serve personalized,quality and differentiated demand for fresh agricultural product consumption.The status quo of development and demand of railway cold chain logistics were analyzed from the perspectives of national policy requirements,cold chain market demand,railway capacity and railway market positioning.Combined with the railway development reality,the restrictive factors of railway cold chain logistics were analyzed,including weak market competitiveness of service products,imperfect configuration of operation network nodes,insufficient support of transportation equipment,immature function of information platform and lack of advantage in transportation turnover time.In view of the above restrictive factors,this paper put forward a implementation path for high-quality development of railway cold chain logistics in five aspects:genealogical service product design,multi-level facility network node construction,diversified transportation equipment development and application,intelligent information platform establishment and whole process transportation organization model innovation,so as to provide references for improving railway cold chain logistics system and promoting high quality development of railway cold chain logistics.
