摘要
为深入推进铁路供给侧改革,提升铁路物流竞争力,分析了皖中南地区铁路物流运输组织现状及存在的问题,即货运站货物运量较低,货物种类单一,货运站货运设施设备老旧,货场智能化、信息化发展水平低,部分从事装卸作业人员的素质也偏低.针对以上问题,提出了提高铁路物流市场营销手段,优化中欧班列开行方案,加强和升级货场基础设施建设智能化、信息化,大力发展集装箱运输,优化现场装卸车作业组织,积极做好铁路保价运输工作,提升对装卸人员的业务管理水平的建议,对探索皖中南地区铁路物流运输发展的新模式,优化提升皖中南铁路物流运输的经营、安全质量具有重要意义.
Abstract
To deepen the supply-side reform of railways and enhance railway logistics competitiveness,the current situation and existing problems of railway logistics transportation organizations in central and southern Anhui Province were analyzed.Specifically,freight volume at freight stations was low,types of goods were single,freight facilities and equipment at freight stations were outdated,the level of intelligent and information-based development of freight yards was low,and the quality of some personnel engaged in loading and unloading operations was also low.In response to the above issues,suggestions are put forward to improve the marketing methods of the railway logistics market,optimize the operation plan of China Railway Express,strengthen and upgrade the intelligent and information-based infrastructure construction of freight yards,vigorously develop container transportation,optimize on-site loading and unloading operation organizations,actively carry out railway insured transport,and improve business management level of loading and unloading personnel.This is of great significance for exploring new models of railway logistics transportation development in central and southern Anhui Province,as well as optimizing and improving the operation,safety,and quality of railway logistics transportation in central and southern Anhui Province.
