面向现代物流的长钢轨专用座架监测系统研究

针对长钢轨专用座架使用中缺乏有效监测手段的问题,分析了专用座架监测需求,设计了由监测查询及管理应用、监测数据处理中心、前端监测数据采集服务、对外数据接口和监测设备等不同模块组成的监测系统,并进行了系统功能设计.基于专用座架结构特点和实际使用工况,提出了监测设备模块的组成方案、电源方案以及安装方案,实现使用周期内专用座架位置信息、结构强度和加速度值的采集.长钢轨专用座架监测系统的研究,能够为企业物流、信息流的一体化管理提供技术支撑,以适应铁路货运物流的数智化发展要求.
Research on Monitoring System of Special Supports for Long Steel Rails in Modern Logistics
There is a lack of effective monitoring means for the use of special supports for long steel rails.Therefore,the monitoring requirements of special supports were analyzed,and a monitoring system was designed.The monitoring system is composed of monitoring query and application management,monitoring data processing center,front-end monitoring data acquisition service,external data interface and monitoring equipment,and other modules,and the functions of the system were designed.Based on the structure characteristics and actual operating condition of the special supports,the composition scheme,power supply scheme,and installation scheme of the monitoring equipment were proposed,so as to collect the position information,structural strength,and acceleration value of the special supports during the service cycle.The research on the monitoring system of special supports for long steel rails can provide technical support for the integrated management of logistics and information flow in enterprises,so as to adapt to the digital and intelligent development of railway freights.
