Evaluation Method for Railway Coal Dispatching Based on Grey Fuzzy Theory
Dispatching is the core of the integrated coal operation business. This paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system for coal dispatching, encompassing economic benefits, social benefits, operational efficiency indicators, plan execution, and special requirements.Employing a grey fuzzy evaluation model,it established an evaluation method for the coal dispatching business and validated the method through empirical analysis. The research results indicate that insufficient consideration of the unloading capacity of unloading stations can easily lead to heavy vehicle backlogs at the unloading stations. When dealing with special situations, temporary transportation needs can lead to a decrease in the overall fulfillment rate. Therefore,it is recommended to judiciously sacrifice completion rates of less critical indicators to achieve a higher overall evaluation.Additionally, due to the complexity of dispatching business factors, enhancing the informatization level of dispatching work and flexibly adjusting dispatching plans are suggested to improve efficiency.
