摘要
在国家大力推进多式联运政策背景下,集装箱作为一种便捷高效的货物运输工具,被广泛运用于我国铁路货物运输中.研究从管理信息系统、装卸作业标准化、作业安全管理、人员作业内容等方面,分析影响合肥地区铁路货运站集装箱作业的因素,提出提升合肥地区铁路货运站集装箱作业效率的对策,即:加快研发推广集装箱作业管理信息系统,加强集装箱作业标准化建设,加强集装箱作业安全管理,提升集装箱作业人员水平,有助于提升铁路集装箱运输服务水平,提高铁路货运经营质量,助力铁路货运提质增效.
Abstract
With the Chinese government's promotion of multimodal transport,containers have been widely used in China's railway cargo transport for their convenience and efficiency.This paper analyzed the factors influencing container operations at railway freight stations in Hefei from the aspects of the management information system,standardization of loading and unloading operations,safety management,and operation content.The proposed strategies aim to improve the efficiency of container operations at the railway freight stations in Hefei,including accelerating the development and promotion of the container operation management information system,strengthening the standardization of container operations,reinforcing the safety management of container operations,and improving the skills of container operators.These strategies contribute to enhancing railway container transport services,improving the quality of railway freight operations,and ultimately boosting the quality and efficiency of railway freight in China.
