摘要
围绕铁路集装箱运输企业开展数字化转型这一目标,针对相关业务需求,设计了其经营服务集成平台.该平台基于数字经济新生态下的铁路集装箱运输企业业务体系,面向客户、内部业务人员以及供应商(合作伙伴),分别提供综合物流服务平台(电商平台)、综合物流经营管理平台、箱务管理相关系统、场站管理相关系统、供应商服务平台、接口开放平台等,为铁路集装箱运输企业依托产业互联网,促进经营与服务手段的创新,推动企业数字化转型升级提供支撑.
Abstract
Centered around the goal of digital transformation for railway container transport enterprises,a comprehensive business service integration platform has been designed to address relevant business needs.This platform,based on the business system of railway container transport enterprises in the new digital economy ecology,serves customers,internal business personnel,and suppliers(partners)by providing comprehensive logistics service platforms(e-commerce platforms),comprehensive logistics operation management platforms,container management related systems,station management related systems,supplier service platforms,interface open platforms,etc.It supports railway container transport enterprises to facilitate industry internet reliance,innovate in business and service methods,and promote digital transformation and upgrade.
