Countermeasures for Optimizing Function and Layout of Freight Inspection Station of Harbin Group Company
Railway freight inspection is a fundamental work to ensure the safety of goods and an important component of railway transportation safety.By comprehensively sorting and analyzing the status of personnel,traffic flow and workload distribution,and equipment configuration in the freight inspection station of Harbin Group Company,as well as various problems existing in the current freight inspection station,the overall idea of replacing physical defense with technical defense and replacing human defense with physical defense was used.The main countermeasures for optimizing the function and layout of the global freight inspection station were proposed,namely,strengthening the basic management of freight inspection to enhance operational capabilities,exploring machine inspection operation modes by leveraging equipment advantages,optimizing the layout of freight inspection functions to improve operational efficiency,optimizing the freight inspection operation process to improve operational standards,and comprehensively strengthening the quality of freight inspection operations during the entire process.A new operation model of"human defense,physical defense,and technical defense"was constructed to ensure the comprehensive improvement of the operation quality,operational efficiency,and labor productivity at the freight inspection station of Harbin Group Company,facilitating high-quality development of railways.
