铁路集装箱多式联运增量瓶颈对策探讨

铁路集装箱多式联运,是以集装箱作为运输单元,将公路、铁路、航运、管道等运输方式中2种或以上有机地结合在一起的运输组织方式,具有产业链条长、资源利用率高、综合效益好等特点.目前铁路集装箱多式联运深度发展、前景可期,但增量瓶颈仍然存在.结合铁路集装箱多式联运发展现状、增量来源,分析集装箱多式联运存在设备现代化水平低、标准不一机制不协同、铁路通道能力阶段性不足、联运产品竞争力不强等问题,提出解决其增量瓶颈的相关策略,以此发挥铁路绿色、经济等比较优势,提高我国社会物流总体效率.
Strategy for Increment Bottleneck of Railway Container Multimodal Transport
Railway container multimodal transport,with the container as the transport unit,combines two or more transport organization modes such as road,railway,shipping,and pipeline.It has a long industrial chain,a high resource utilization rate,good comprehensive benefits,and other characteristics.At present,the railway container multimodal transport is developing deeply and its prospect is promising,but the increment bottleneck still exists.Based on the development status quo of railway container multimodal transport and the source of increment,this paper analyzed the problems of container multimodal transport,such as the low level of equipment modernization,different standards and mechanisms,insufficient railway channel capacity in various stages,and weak competitiveness of intermodal container products.This paper also put forward relevant strategies to solve its increment bottleneck,thus exerting the comparative advantages of green and economical railways,and improving the overall efficiency of social logistics in our country.
