一种驮背运输系统站场布置图型研究

目前,国内尚无一套完整的驮背运输标准设备系统,倒运、掏装箱等作业频繁,运输效率低,运输和人力成本居高不下.以QT1与QT2型驮背运输车辆为重要载体,分析驮背运输物流基地总平面布局、场站主要设计参数、铁路运输组织流线、公路交通组织流线,研究物流基地内铁路站场装卸线能力适应性,得出不同系列装卸线有效长的作业能力,分析站场布置图型原则、图型优缺点、驮背运输站场布置图型,从而形成一套标准化、模块化驮背运输站场布置图集.可以将图集成果在驮背运输设计项目中推广应用,以降低社会物流成本,促进我国综合交通体系的发展.
Station and Yard Layout in A Kind of Piggyback Transport System
Currently,China lacks a comprehensive equipment system for piggyback transport standards,resulting in frequent transportation,stuffing and unstuffing operations,low transport efficiency,high transportation,and labor costs.In this study,QT1 and QT2 transport vehicles were taken as important carriers to analyze the general layout,main design parameters,as well as railway and road transport flow line organization in the piggyback transport logistics base.Furthermore,an adaptation analysis of the loading and unloading track capacity of the railway stations at the logistics base was conducted to obtain the operation capacity of the loading and unloading track's effective length in different series.Layout standards,advantages,and disadvantages,as well as the layout of piggyback transport stations and yards,were also studied to form a standardized and modularized layout of the piggyback transport stations and yards.The outcomes can be applied to piggyback transport design projects to reduce social logistics costs and boost the development of China's comprehensive transportation system.
