Safety management of railway transportation dispatching is the first gate to keep railway transportation safe.The core work of railway dispatching,such as audio and video safety inspection and data retrieval and analysis,mainly relies on manual methods.It is urgent to use new technologies and new applications to improve the efficiency of railway dispatching safety management.This paper first investigated key technologies such as intelligent speech analysis,intelligent video analysis,and multimodal large language model and designed their application routes in dispatching safety management.Secondly,it analyzed the business objectives that need to be realized in constructing railway dispatching safety management applications.Finally,according to the requirements of business objectives,the main functions of dispatching personnel and safety risk management,voice recognition,language assessment,safety monitoring,and"dispatching questioning"app were designed.Based on AI audio and video analysis and a multimodal large language model,it can inject new vitality into the application of intelligent railway dispatching safety management and can effectively improve safety assessment,active monitoring,and intelligent search capabilities.
