Purchase Process and Interface Optimization Scheme for Railway Freight Production Operation and Control Platform
As an important measure of China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.to promote the efficient and intelligent development of railway freight,the railway freight production and control platform occupies a crucial position in the practical application of the field and will develop into one of the main systems used in future railway production operation process.Through the investigation of the operation of pilot stations in Guangdong Province,it was found that there were some problems in the current system,such as unhighlighted advantages of handheld sets,repeated information entry links in the customer reservation process,inability to batch operation in the manual order distribution process,and many skip pages.Based on the on-site operation habits and advantages of handheld sets,the optimized inbound booking process,order distribution interface,and other schemes were proposed to improve customers'inbound booking experience,operational efficiency,and accuracy,promote efficient on-site operations,guide freight forwarders to operate independently with handheld sets,give full play to the advantages of handheld sets,and further promote the railway freight production operation and control platform,providing a reference for improving operation efficiency and freight service quality.
