Organization Optimization of Accounting and Document Making Operations in Railway Freight Based on Human-Machine Fusion Mode
With the advancement and development of railway freight informationization and centralization of internal services, freight internal services have put forward higher requirements for the effectiveness and consistency of production operation data transmission.Under the new situation, while completing the increasing document making tasks, the accounting and document making operations should ensure the completeness and accuracy of the information recorded in the cargo waybill and electronic data transmission to the greatest extent possible.Traditional operations have practical problems such as poor information traceability due to diversified communication channels, difficulty in controlling operation quality due to multiple internal influencing factors, and low quality of on-site operation data push, which affects operation quality and efficiency. Therefore,a human-machine fusion operation organization mode was proposed, which implemented rules and regulations, unified operation processes, standardized operation standards, established self-control mechanisms, and detailed performance evaluations, leveraging the advantages of automatic operations by robotic process automation(RPA)and manual operations, striving to solve existing problems, and improving operation efficiency, operation quality, and management efficiency. The results provide practical experience and basic guarantees for the high-quality development of railway freight.
