The development of railway cold chain transportation service products is an important component of China's comprehensive transportation system.On the basis of elaborating on the cold chain market demand,this paper analyzed the foreign railway cold chain transportation service products such as Rail Express,CoolRail,and Trans Cold Express from the aspects of transportation goods categories,infrastructure equipment,and service product characteristics.Combined with the foreign operation experience,the paper pointed out the problems for the existing service products in China and gave development suggestions.At the same time,it reasonably integrated the cold chain transportation service products,analyzed the characteristics and future trends of grouped,block train,and mixed transportation service products,and finally used the improved time-space network diagram of station operation to describe the operation flow of refrigerated containers and the operation at the interval,meeting the requirements of the entire process and timeliness of refrigerated containers and better serving the development of railway cold chain transportation.
