Optimization Plan and Economic Benefit of Wagon Routes against a Background of China Railway Network Capacity Enhancement Plan
The three-year railway network capacity enhancement plan proposed by China Railway provides fundamental support for eliminating bottlenecks in railway network capacity and improving transportation organization efficiency.In order to further improve the efficiency of the railway transportation organization and fully utilize the transportation capacity released by the railway network capacity enhancement plan,this paper sorted out the function types of the project and proposed optimization suggestions for wagon routes based on the expected project implementation effects.Finally,by referring to the toll liquidation method of China Railway,the various benefits that can be generated by adjusting the wagon routes were estimated.The results indicate that the railway network capacity enhancement plan can significantly reduce transportation costs,improve the robustness of railway transportation systems,and provide basic support for achieving transferring traffic from road to railway.
