Research on Optimization of Transportation Organization at Yantai Station
With the deepening implementation of the madal shift from road to railway policy,the railway freight volume continues to grow.Yantai Station handled 594.9 cars per day in 2023,a year-on-year increase of 20%.The growth momentum of freight volume is obvious,and the contradiction between transportation demand and transportation capacity is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the transportation capacity of Yantai Station.Based on the current situation of Yantai Station,this paper analyzed the factors restricting the transportation volume of Yantai Station from the aspects of track utilization,transportation organization,operation organization,and operation connection,and proposed optimization measures to support the increase of freight volume at Yantai Station.After optimization,the utilization rate of arrival and departure lines has decreased by 20.5%compared to before,easing the tight situation of transportation capacity and improving the transportation efficiency of Yantai Station.It lays a solid foundation for elevating freight volume,and has important practical significance for deepening the transportation capacity of Yantai Station.
