摘要
随着多式联运需求的不断增强,硫酸等液体危险货物罐式集装箱应用越来越广泛,为保证硫酸罐式集装箱铁路运输的安全,进行了硫酸铁路运输现状及其运输风险性分析.硫酸的主要危险特性为腐蚀性,因此,进行硫酸罐车和硫酸罐式集装箱典型材料的腐蚀性试验研究,得出典型材料腐蚀速率试验结果,通过试验结果与罐车腐蚀速率实测进行对比,测算出能保证硫酸罐式集装箱运输安全的腐蚀裕量.结合常用金属和合金腐蚀性试验及硫酸罐车和罐式集装箱典型材料试验结果,从硫酸罐式集装箱材质、使用年限和检修方法3方面提出了安全运输建议.
Abstract
With the increasing demand for multimodal transport,tank containers for dangerous liquid goods such as sulfuric acid are widely used.To the safety of railway transportation of sulfuric acid in tank containers,this paper analyzed the current situation and risks of railway transportation of sulfuric acid.The main hazardous characteristic of sulfuric acid is its corrosiveness.Therefore,the paper carried out corrosion tests on typical materials for tank trucks and tank containers for transporting sulfuric acid and obtained the corrosion rate test results of typical materials.By comparing the test results with the measured corrosion rate of tank trucks,the corrosion allowance that could ensure the transportation safety of sulfuric acid in tank containers was calculated.Based on the corrosion test results of commonly used metals and alloys and the typical material test results of tank trucks and tank containers for transporting sulfuric acid,the suggestions for safe transportation were put forward from three aspects:material,service life,and maintenance methods of tank containers for transporting sulfuric acid.
