"双碳"背景下邯黄公司港口货运公转铁减碳量测评研究

为落实"双碳"目标的实现,加快交通运输供给侧结构性改革,推进货运公转铁实施进程,以邯黄公司为例,通过建立货运公转铁减碳测算模型,得出邯黄公司实施公转铁的减碳量,基于减碳量选取经济效益、环境效益和社会效益作为分析指标对货运公转铁进行综合效益分析,计算得出经济效益每年预计为61 702.1万元、环境效益为1 149.2万元、社会效益为58 948.5万元.研究结果表明,加快推进货运公转铁,尤其是港口地区大宗货物运输的公转铁,不仅可以优化能源消费结构及交通运输方式,而且对区域发展具有促进作用.通过建立减碳测算模型分析公转铁产生的效益,可以为其他交通领域减碳量化方式提供借鉴.
Carbon Reduction Amount Evaluation of Hanhuang Port Freight Transit from Highways to Railways under the Background of"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality"
In order to achieve the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",accelerate the supply-side structural reform of transportation,and promote the implementation of freight transit from highways to railways,this paper studied Hanhuang Company.The paper established a carbon reduction calculation model for freight transit from highways to railways to obtain the carbon reduction amount of Hanhuang Company during the implementation of freight transit from highways to railways.Based on the carbon reduction amount,the paper selected economic benefits,environmental benefits,and social benefits as analysis indicators for comprehensive benefit analysis of freight transit from highways to railways.The estimated economic benefits were 617.021 million yuan per year;environmental benefits were estimated to be 11.5 million yuan per year,and social benefits were estimated to be 589.5 million yuan per year.The research results indicate that accelerating the freight transit from highways to railways,especially for the transportation of bulk goods in port areas,can not only optimize energy consumption structure and transportation modes but also promote regional development.Establishing a carbon reduction calculation model to analyze the benefits generated by freight transit from highways to railways can provide a reference for carbon reduction quantifying methods in other transportation sectors.
