BIM+GIS技术在铁路路基设计及成果交付中的应用研究

铁路路基BIM正向设计是提高设计质量、设计效率,实现铁路工程建设数字化、智能化的核心技术.囿于对不良地质、特殊岩土、环境敏感区域等地理、地质信息场景表达方面的缺失,设计人员无法单纯依靠BIM技术从宏观到微观的多层次、不同颗粒度下对整个路基工点设计方案的合理性进行整体把控.本文以铁路路基为研究对象,研发一种基于自适应导线和特征断面的路基三维建模方法,实现路基结构BIM正向设计;提出数字高程模型分块索引、局部裁剪及构网、预测迭代求交等系列DEM处理方法,实现铁路路基模型与地理场景的深度融合;最后基于路基三维模型完成二维横断面和工程数量等可交付成果的输出.实现BIM+GIS技术在铁路路基三维建模设计及成果交付中的应用,提高路基设计的效率和设计质量,取得良好的效果.
Research on the Application of BIM+GIS Technology in Railway Subgrade Design and Achievement Delivery
The forward design of railway roadbed BIM is the core technology for improving design quality,efficiency,and achieving digitalization and intelligence in railway engineering construction.Due to the lack of representation of geographical and geological information scenarios such as unfavorable geology,special rock and soil,and environment-sensitive areas,designers cannot rely solely on BIM technology to comprehensively control the rationality of the entire roadbed construction site design scheme from macro to micro levels and at different particle sizes.This article takes railway roadbed as the research object and develops a three-dimensional modeling method for roadbed based on adaptive wires and feature sections,achieving BIM forward design of roadbed structure.A series of DEM processing methods such as block indexing,local cropping and network construction,prediction iteration and intersection of digital elevation models have been proposed,achieving deep integration of railway roadbed models and geographic scenes.Finally,based on the three-dimensional model of the roadbed,the output of deliverables such as two-dimensional cross-section and engineering quantity was completed.The application of BIM+GIS technology in railway subgrade 3D modeling design and achievement delivery has been achieved,improving the efficiency and quality of subgrade design,and achieving good results.
