Design and Analysis of Mechanical Structure and Hydraulic System of Electrified Railway Catenary Heavy-duty Vertical Pole Crane
The optimal application of hydraulic system and control system in large-capacity vertical pole crane is of great significance for promoting digital and intelligent technology,promoting sustainable development and improving operation efficiency and safety.This paper mainly studies the mechanical structure and hydraulic system of the heavy-duty vertical pole crane,focusing on the design analysis and strength check of the main structure,legs,main arm,power system and hydraulic system of the crane,and designs a heavy-duty vertical pole crane suitable for electrified railway construction,which makes up for the shortage of the traditional LG-4 vertical pole crane and meets the needs of various working conditions.Moreover,through the participation of the heavy-duty cranes in the construction,the unsafe factors in the joint operation of multiple LG-4 vertical pole cranes are eliminated,the traditional mode of electrified railway construction is changed,the construction efficiency and safety are improved,and the progress of digital and intelligent technology is promoted.Through these,we intend to promote the sustainable development of intelligent construction of the electrified railway construction.
