Research on the Pre-evaluation Mechanism for the Productization of Rail Scientific and Technological Achievements
To evaluate the feasibility of the productization of railway scientific and technological achievements,it is necessary to establish a pre-evaluation mechanism before the implementation of productization.Taking railway scientific research projects as the research object,the pre-evaluation process for the productization of railway scientific and technological achievements is planned,the pre-evaluation criteria for the productization of railway scientific and technological achievements are established,the pre-evaluation index system for the productization of railway scientific and technological achievements is built,and the weight of each index by the way of analytic hierarchy process is determined.The results show that the economic benefit accounts for the highest index weight,in which the income brought about by the transformation of achievements is mostly cared about,while the importance of talent resources is ranked the lowest.The establishment of the pre-evaluation system provides reference significance for the evaluation system of railroad enterprises to be more adapted to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
