摘要
作为全产业链"走出去"第一单的旗舰项目,雅万高铁隧道工程面临高烈度地震、火山灰堆积地层膨胀软弱岩土、强降雨、地表建(构)筑物敏感等难题.当地大断面隧道工程设计及施工经验极度匮乏,没有相关工程案例可供参考.本文通过分析项目隧道工程的特点和难点,研究两国技术标准的差异,将中国隧道工程技术标准做了本地化适应性调整;结合工点的实际情况,因地制宜地进行工艺、工法改进和创新,制定简化双侧壁工法、海外大直径盾构隧道工法等基于中国技术标准的解决方案,并成功地付诸实施,取得较为理想的效果.本文可为境外隧道工程设计和施工提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
As the flagship"going global"project that is first oversea order of the whole industry chain the tunnel project of Jakarta-Bandung HSR faced difficulties such as high-intensity earthquakes,volcanic ash accumulation strata with expansion and weak rock and soil,heavy rainfall,and sensitive surface buildings(structures).The design and construction experience of local large-section tunnel engineering is extremely scarce,and there are no relevant engineering cases available for reference.This article analyzed the characteristics and difficulties of the tunnel project,studies the differences between the two countries'technical standards,adapts the Chinese tunnel engineering technical standards to local condition,improves and innovates the process and methods based on the actual situation of the work site,formulates solutions based on Chinese technical standards such as simplified Double-Side Heading Method and overseas large-diameter shield tunnel method,and successfully implemented them,achieving relatively ideal results.This article can provide reference for the design and construction of overseas tunnel projects.
