Study on Passenger Satisfaction in High-speed Railway in the Context of Train Delays
To improve the human friendliness of the delay dealing strategy, the optimization of passenger satisfaction in the context of high-speed railway train delay is studied.Firstly, the passenger satisfaction change model in the context of train delay is constructed by taking the train arrival delay time as the independent variable and considering the influencing factors such as passenger seating, passenger travelling distance and carriage crowding.Secondly, various mathematical properties of the model are derived. Finally,to verify the validity and applicability of the model, the operation re-scheduling problem is selected as the research object, and the proposed model is transformed into the objective function of the operation rescheduling optimization model, and multiple sets of examples are set up for instance analysis against a backdrop of Jinan West-Nanjing South downstream section. The calculation results show that the passenger satisfaction change model is applicable to a variety of delay scenarios and can guide the real-time optimization of train delays in complex line operation situations, obtaining a real-time delay dealing strategy with smaller changes in passenger satisfaction, demonstrating the good performance of the proposed model.
